This Privacy Policy explains how HJ App ("we", "us") handles information in Bramblekin (the "App"), a survival simulation for Android.
We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or other personal details. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone data.
Game data. Your gardens (up to three saved games) and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers.
Automatically collected information. Third-party services used by the App, such as advertising, may collect device and usage information, including your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type, operating system version and app interaction data.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID and similar data to serve and measure ads, and may show personalized ads where permitted. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device's Settings (Google > Ads). Where required by law, we request your consent before showing personalized ads.
Game data stays on your device. Deleting the App removes it. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can delete your local game data by uninstalling the App, manage ad personalization in your device settings, and contact us to ask about our data practices. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete personal data held by us or our partners; as we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
